One of the most diificult problems that must be solved in the construction and maintenance of a bridge is the waterproofing of the important parts of the structure. They include the bridge deck, typically made of concrete, and the expansion joints.

When first encountering these problems and the solutions thereof, we took the positive elements of good engineering and the waterproofing practice of architecture and combined them to what is now called The Dri-Shield System.

The System combines European and North American products with superior application tecniques that define the approach.

After 8 years of successful testing and evaluation, The Dri-Shield System has been approved for use on bridges in the state of Rhode Island.
